PAYMENT METHODS
Silver Deal accepts the following forms of payment for rental deposits: VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Cash, and Debit cards.
RENTER
All you need to rent a car is a valid driver’s license showing that you are over 18, and choose your payment method. Place a booking on our website to reserve a rental car. We’re happy to assist you with any questions.
AIRPORT PICK-UP & DROP-OFF SERVICE
We are one of the few independent car rental suppliers on Curacao that are still allowed to pick up and drop off customers to and from the airport.
BABY SEAT
At our car rental service, we prioritize the safety and comfort of all our passengers, including the littlest ones. That’s why we offer complimentary baby seats as an extra option when booking your car with us. However, availability is limited, so we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
PROHIBITED USES
Our rental vehicles may not be used by:
Anyone not licensed to drive or whose driver’s license has been suspended or restricted.
For any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity.
To carry person or property for hire.
In any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, speed endurance contest, speed demonstration, or on near any race track or road course (WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THIS— NO insurance company on the planet will cover a rental car while on a track and that means you are on the hook for a LOT of money).
TICKETS
The renter is responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is being rented and must pay for any fees, penalties, towing charges or impound costs.
Within what period will my booking be confirmed?
Your booking will be confirmed within 48 hours. Are you not receiving confirmation? Then check whether your spam filter has not marked the confirmation email as spam.
I have not received confirmation, what now?
If you have not received your confirmation, you can contact us, but first check whether your spam filter has not marked the confirmation email as spam.
How can I change or cancel my booking?
You can contact us via the contact form or send an email to admin@silverdealcarrental.com. If the change or cancellation is at short notice (within 48 hours), we recommend that you contact us by telephone.
You can subscribe to the newsletter via our website. This way you will receive information about our offers. Data processing in the context of the newsletter takes place with your consent.
